Yoga and Meditation when practiced regularly allow for the body and mind to flow with ease. We learn to be present and mindful, conscious of our environment and more connected to the self. This practice is one which assists with letting go and moving forward from old injuries, stiffness, tension unhealthy habits and past occurrences. We offer various class types and modifications for each class.

As a community we offer support for our journey and others’ through sharing space. And on many levels, we feel relief after physical, intentional and mindful movement. Small class sizes offer a personal experience however, if you cannot attend for any reason please feel free to request a private appointment.
